No support, Shuffle database design is lame.
Cons: Moodlogic does not respond to support requests. When you try to Shuffle or play random songs, it does a poor job of playing all your music. Looks like a poor design. Also, Moodlogic requires filenames to be a maximum of 53 characters. You have to trim your MP3 filenames to get them to work with the database. Pretty lame.
Looks Cool
Pros: I only have the trial version, and like the idea. Cons: With only the trial version, your 100 song credit is wasted upon installation. I would like to be able to try and repair song titles/ID3 tags, which is my primary goal. Is there a good alternative? Someone tell me the alternatives.

All hype, no delivery

Installation is a problem on some platforms, I got double-billed when I paid for the service, customer service is *NON-EXISTENT* and the usefulness of the features is severly limited by limitations of the database and bugginess of the program. Save yourself some money and try the freeware alternatives, they're better and free, e.g., musicbrainz.

Moodlogic Who?

I purchased the full program w/Tivo and Devicelink / Unlimited activations. No updates, no "we are still alive" messages in their forums.
Are the developers dead?

These guys dropped off the face of the planet. I paid $$ for this service. What a rip off.
Incredible Services, sparse updates

There are many reasons to use Moodlogic for many people. The playlist generator makes great selections, and the tag fixing database works well. The downside is, the database is rarely updated so newer songs will not likely be supported for several months.
A good Idea, Ruined.

The idea behind this software is first class. Unfortunately MoodLogic have made a complete pigs ear of bringing to the user. Vital areas of the software just don’t work. There is NO customer support. The database that this software depends on is very out of date. If you take the free version of this software you will spend countless hours manually profiling your music collection. If you pay for the extra credits – you will be throwing your money away as no songs under a year old will profile automatically. Basically, don’t touch it with a barge pole…
Unsupported for over a year

Completely unsupported for over a year now - which means no customer support but more importantly NO MUSIC UPDATES. Any new albums (some over a year old) can't be activated and therefore can't be used in mixes. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
The best resource for MP3s

Automatically updates song tags but more importantly, relies on its database to provide the mood for the song so you can instantly pull a playlist of all your 'Sad' songs.
